第61屆葛萊美獎 61st Annual Grammy Awards完美落幕了！這一屆說不上極度爆冷，算是個皆大歡喜的結局，女神卡卡(Lady Gaga)繼續靠著跨足影壇《A Star Is Born》獲得肯定、不勉被鄉民們認為「政治正確」的淘氣阿甘(Childish Gambino)驚世全球MV的"This Is America"拿下年度單曲等共四大獎、兩位快速竄起樂壇的高人氣新秀卡蒂B(Cardi B)及杜娃黎波(Dua Lipa)獲獎，而最後年度專輯大獎得主，是由不斷在流行鄉村樂界中，耕耘已久的凱西瑪絲葛蕾(Kacey Musgraves)【Golden Hour】摘下，開心獲獎後，Kacey馬上丟出了在典禮上演出的單曲〈Rainbow〉MV，是一首讓你拋開對於鄉村樂刻板印象、一首在這躁動世界正需要的歌。

Kacey Musgraves出生於音樂世家，從小就對於各種樂器，幾乎可以說是無師自通，很快地先在獨立廠牌CDBaby、Triple Pop發行了專輯 [像是翻唱共和世代(OneRepublice)]，一直到了2007年參加了鄉村界的American Idol名為「Nashville Star」的歌唱大賽，才開始嶄露頭角，直到2012年終於贏得了主流唱片公司 環球音樂旗下的Mercury Nashville合約，正式出道的首張專輯《Same Trailer Different Park》一鳴驚人奪下葛萊美獎，或許知名度與話題性無法像是同時期的凱莉安德伍(Carrie Underwood)、泰勒絲(Taylor Swift)一樣五光十色，但這並不影響Kacey對於音樂的追求，保持那顆初心持續創作寫歌、巡迴走唱。

【Golden Hour】樂評與媒體排山倒海的肯定從未間斷，在於Kacey改變了容易墨守成規的「鄉村樂」，不再只是充滿草根味，而是更加平易近人，豐富融入了許多音樂元素，像是流行搖滾、電子樂、復古合成音效等，這些都是在鄉村樂難得一見的，當然還有再寫實不過的生活歌詞，從對於老公小鹿亂撞的情感、想念母親的離去、過往戀情回憶，在年度專輯【Golden Hour】中的結尾曲〈Rainbow〉正是一個很好的代表，簡單的歌詞卻有著濃烈的情感，讓人陷入難以自拔的感動，從歌曲前段描述著人們的苦盡，到了中段開始以第三人稱訴說鼓勵著，簡單的琴聲配上孅細又脆弱的演唱方式，也顛覆了世人對鄉村傳統抒情歌模式。Kacey說道「六年前就譜寫好這首歌了，當初其實只是研究完了自己星象後有創作靈感，但外婆卻愛死了這首歌，最後也在外婆的葬禮上獻唱給他聽。」「同時獻給我最支持的LGBTQ們，還有那些背負著重大責任的人們，在黑暗中依然是會有希望的。」
